In our industry that have resources that keep us on our toes as the ECE field changes. These changes challenge to be the best we can be in our industry.
I have a trainer friend and a fellow student of Walden who suggest that I go onto the Facebook page that our school ECE school has. I reached out in hopes that I would make a contact for my future assignments and so far I've made one contact. Her name is Jane Moile, and she lives in Africa. I am currently in pursuit to get another contact, so lets see how that goes.
The organization that I decided for this class is the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). I found this organization's website to be the crem de la crem of ECE. Everything you need is on this website and you can even join and become a member. The memberships allows for much more information, much more invites, benefits that's not presented to the public eye. It has information on there for parents, families, childcare workers, directors, owners, you name it. This website is a one stop shop and a healthy benefit and tool to any ECE professional and student.
